DebConf

Anyone ever attended a Debian (or any distro really) conference?  This years DebConf is in Korea so probably a bit far and I don't think they have ever had US one but Canada/Mexico would be doable for me if it ever was there again like it was a few years ago.  I often see miniDebConf postings with one recently in Brazil too.
